  • Mondays - 9:30-10:45am Pacific

    VINYASA FLOW - LIVESTREAM & IN-PERSON

    The word Vinyasa means flow. The asana practice itself is dynamic, focusing on the movement of the breath and the body and the synchronization of the two. Flow is attained by setting a personal intention for the practice, linking the breath to the movement of the body and staying mindfully connected to the body not only in the postures, but also in the transitions.

  • Mondays - noon-1pm Pacific

    HATHA FLOW - IN-PERSON

    Hatha Flow cultivates ease of movement by strengthening your awareness of your breath. This class builds a great foundation for those working toward a more fast-paced Vinyasa practice, and is also a well-rounded and full practice for students who prefer a slower-paced flow with attention to detail.

  • Wednesdays - 9:30-10:45am Pacific

  • Wednesdays - noon-1pm Pacific

    This class is a hybrid of Hatha and Vinyasa practices. It combines detailed alignment work and flowing through postures. Class moves at a moderate pace meant to cultivate presence and proficiency. We will often sit for meditation and use props.
