Vinyasa invites each practitioner to move in alignment with the rhythm of their own breath with the intention of using the breath conducted movement practice as a doorway in to a moving meditation and mindfulness practice. All beings are welcome.
Each class will be offered at a '“pay from the heart” rate which means the money exchange can be whatever your heart feels is right for you in the moment. Donations can be made to Emily via venmo @emily-dalsfoist
