Chill Yoga Series | Season 1 | Movements of your spine

Join Emily Dalsfoist & Rebecca Sunshine for a series of 4 Sundays which will include hour long Yoga sessions from 6pm - 7pm PST. You can expect a practice that is intended to support the down regulation of the nervous system and over the four weeks, explore the different movements of your spine. Our hope is to create a space for grounding, centering, soothing, restoration and building community that is suitable and welcoming for all bodies.
