Join Emily Dalsfoist & Rebecca Sunshine for a series of 4 Sundays which will include hour long Yoga sessions from 6pm - 7pm PST. You can expect a practice that is intended to support the down regulation of the nervous system and over the four weeks, explore the different movements of your spine. Our hope is to create a space for grounding, centering, soothing, restoration and building community that is suitable and welcoming for all bodies. Sessions will be recorded for those who are not able to attend live sessions.
